I also like people who...

Like themselves.

I like people

Who get drunk and talk a lot because, for most, that is the only time they are brave enough to express their own opinions.

Gine's lame(ntentions) 1 (and my responses)

Courage is the ability to face the question you know the answer to. (Wrong) Much as I would like to be optimistic about the Bank's response, I know that its negative. (Not a concluded and hard fact as at 31.8.2011). The vibes are never wrong. (They sometimes are). In fact, the best place for my life right now is at the top of the mountain, where I can look down and separate myself from people who feed their failure and fear into me, (The view from the top of a mountain is always breathtakingly awesome so its a fantastic place to want to be) so that at the end of the day, I cannot act in any way except feel resentment for all these things that are expected of me, but which are not me. I dread going home because I have two sick children and I do not even have the basic medication to give them. (Normal reaction) Maybe its o.k. that the loan will not come through, because I would have (or will?) go(ne) after a much younger man and spoilt my life. (Does going after younger men spoil lives? True or false?) The business has hope, it has prospects, but its not looking good at the moment. (Looks deceive) Its funny how so many people actually THINK that I have a lot of money. (Maybe you have and you just don’t realize it!) . Right now, I understand what happens to people who pay people to twist fate or look into the future (Is that possible?). Maybe this faith is nothing but fear. I asked for a miracle because I know that nothing but a miracle would get me out of the predicament I currently find myself in. (keep us updated PLEASE).

It was not an error

Of course in your neck of the woods you would not put the author as agnesmusa dot com.  How funny that would look and all the Jones and the Jonesses would have a field day laughing.  Well!  I am Agnes Musa dot com.  Plain and simple.  That is Africa.  Plain and simple (or maybe not).  Deep.  Deep.

Where else would you find names like Loveness, Gracious, Victory, Happy?  I will write about serious business.  Like an easy, and I mean, easy ABC easy instruction manual on how to build blogs.  Of course there are countless books already written about such but when did that ever stop anyone?  Just in case you doubt my credentials, I do happen to be a published author. Hodder U.K.  Ask them.  Sure it was a play in an African Readers Series but it was printed and published.  I will be posting other books that I wrote (Why should it be only Seth and the other grand fellow, you know the ones I read all the time be the only ones read?  Fair question)  Yes.

I had to make do without four

You have to agree that the Video Bar looks nice.  Or nyc as the Facebook crowd call it.  Very first day of posting on Facebook and this mermaid asks me “Is this your first time to chat?”
I like that Video bar but I’m not sure that I understand it and the sole reason it is there is to try and impress.  My local crowd likes bling.  (Should stop saying these things because no local crowd, no local following and no local following, no viral rise?  Lift?  Spread?)
Maybe I should just link to two countries, China and Nigeria.  And get my viral lift.     If something does not happen soon, not only Steve will be jobless.  Why a guy would make something with either an I and a pad or an I and a mac beats me.  Can you see me?  I am typing away on a $5 mega production keyboard.  I use a combo hp compaq (I dont think there is anything original in the motherboard) and the Dell screen (flat of course) fades in and out so I have to sort of wait for it even when I type.  Serious business tomorrow - Fourth world and what happens online.
Speaking of Mr. Jobless, I am told your departure (in your world) created this huge gap (Seth Godin wrote it) but in mine, I did not even feel a ripple of your reknowned legendary business acumen and prowess.  Had the internet not been there, I sure would never have heard about you.  Look, (no diss meant here), I did not own a video recorder, or those huge flat screen TVs, not the LCDs or the HDs, I mean the huge back-hump things.  Or the cordless telephone - remember the cordless telephone?  Frankly, I did not even have the crank up phone either. All this, I, like countless other human beings on this planet, did without. And continue to do so. Funny thing is there is some dignity to this poverty thing.

Joining Facebook

I did it today.  I mean in my official capacity as a human being who wants to spend countless hours chatting to perfect  (strange)rs who are now my friends.  Made 10 friends in less than an hour, all people who live in the same city as myself, whom I may or may not bump into and (this is the secret) people who had to wait for a face to be posted online in a book to become friends.......

Might as well get the niceties out of the way. I am human.  (Full stop).  Some people call me African, others some such qualifiers and quantifiers.  Boring stuff.  Just like those people who say there is a First World and Second World and Third World.  Since I dont like all three I think I will settle for Fourth World.  So welcome to my world.  The world of the free mind or that of an oftentimes struggling individual caught up in a web of (these are some other people's opinions, not mine, please note) wrong genes or gender or descendancy or placing on the social and or other strata.  If I talk too much you people might get upset and there is still so much to do on this blog.  Gotta go.
